“Been with Prof Mehl for a couple of years now. During my very first consultation he picked up on something I’d been struggling with for years — entirely unprompted. I came in to sort out a crown and left with a perfect crown and a solution to my TMJ issue, something I’d already seen two highly recommended specialists about and got nowhere. The fact that he solved a longstanding problem almost as a side note to the actual appointment was pretty much all I needed to know” Leia mais

“I truly cannot recommend the London Smile Clinic enough. Everyone I encountered yesterday was absolutely wonderful, so kind and so understanding. Especial thanks are due to the absolutely lovely Delesta, Dr Pratik Sharma’s treatment coordinator, who went over and above. She was so warm and lovely, and she managed to organise for me to have a second appointment that very afternoon with Dr Tim Bradstock-Smith for which I was extremely grateful, as I had travelled all the way from the East Midlands. Both Dr Sharma and Dr Bradstock-Smith are exceptionally kind and understanding, and between them they were able to get to the bottom of a complex problem that my home dentist and orthodonist had not properly understood. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have seen them. I have suffered a lot of dental trauma and I felt heard and cared for in a way that I have never experienced before. I will be pursuing further treatment with The London Smile Clinic and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to other nervous patients or patients with challenging or unusual conditions. Thank you so much to everyone I saw yesterday. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding levels of care and consideration I received.” Leia mais

“I recently completed composite bonding treatment with Dr. Leila at London Dental Centre, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. From my very first consultation, Dr. Leila was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, explained every step of the process clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and commitment to achieving a natural-looking result. She listened carefully to my preferences and worked with incredible precision to create a smile that looks better than I ever imagined The entire team at London Dental Centre were welcoming, friendly, and professional, making every appointment a positive experience. The treatment itself was smooth, and I felt well looked after from start to finish.” Leia mais

“I arrived approximately 20 to 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment to ensure that I wouldn’t be late. While waiting, I saw the previous patient being called in very close to the time of my own appointment, which led me to believe that their appointment may also have been running behind schedule. As a result, my appointment started later than planned. Before seeing me, when Dr. Sheri finished the other patient’s treatment, she briefly left the treatment room and spoke with the receptionist, commenting that patients should be booked an hour apart. She then immediately asked me to come into the surgery. The transition between patients felt extremely rushed, and I was left with the impression that there was insufficient time to properly prepare the treatment area between appointments. The nurse that was preparing the equipment that was going to touch my mouth later on wasn’t wearing gloves. This made the environment feel less professional and did not inspire confidence in the standard of care being provided. I attended because I was experiencing jaw pain on the same side where I previously had a root canal treatment, and I was concerned that the issue might be related. Dr. Sheri took three X-rays and advised that the root canal appeared to have been completed correctly, so she did not believe it was the source of the problem. She then used articulating paper (the blue paper) to check my bite and suggested that my crown might be slightly high, despite the crown having been in place for over a year. She adjusted the tooth, but the area that was filed down now feels rough and unfinished. I was prescribed five days of antibiotics and charged for a Band 2 treatment. The entire appointment lasted less than ten minutes, which left me feeling that my concerns had not been fully investigated or addressed. I am still relying on painkillers, my main issue remains unresolved, and I did not receive a clear explanation of what might be causing the pain. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the experience and dissatisfied with the outcome. While the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my visits, that positive aspect does not outweigh my concerns regarding the dental treatment I received. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this clinic or recommend it to others.” Leia mais
